The deck spans the width of the unit and offers ample amounts of room for lounging. Large glass doors that connect the deck and the living room will ensure that your mornings start with an expansive view of the sunrise out over the Atlantic. The beautifully renovated interior sleeps 6 people between two spacious bedrooms, which include one queen bed and a set of queen adult bunk beds, as well as a bathroom in between the bedrooms and a kitchen with ocean views. Other amenities include two Smart TVs with a paid Hulu account, shared laundry on the first floor, a reserved parking spot, a shared outdoor shower and central A/C. There are 3 separate workspaces in the unit in case working remotely is a goal during your stay. Given that you’ll be only mere footsteps from the beach, a block from basketball and tennis courts, and two blocks away from downtown Stone Harbor, you couldn’t find a better location to vacation on Seven Mile Island. 2026 Rates: $1850 - $4,000 - $175 Processing Fee - $30 Property Protection. Check-in 2PM / Check-out 10AM. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday for 7 nights. Does not offer a grill. NEW CONDO RULES for 2018 and beyond: SMOKING IS PROHIBITED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.
