The family room spans the entire rear of the home, featuring a large TV with cable & Netflix, a wet bar, sleeper sofa, and a full-size refrigerator/freezer. Sliding doors from the family room lead to a full width (gated) deck with steps dropping down to the pool and patio area. A full bathroom is conveniently accessible directly from the pool and family room. The laundry is centrally located for easy access. The Second Floor Features an exceptionally large deck to view the inlet, bay, and ocean. A spacious, wide-open living, dining, and kitchen area highlighted by soaring cathedral ceilings, TV, tiled floors, and area rugs. The kitchen features a five-burner gas range, double ovens, well equipped kitchen, and a long, two-tier counter with seating for five. The Master boasts a vaulted ceiling, a walk-in closet, queen bed, TV, and a private bathroom complete with a double vanity, a skylight, and a garden tub. The fifth bedroom offers a queen bed and private access to the hallway full bath. Both second-floor bedrooms feature sliding doors with plantation shutters that open to a rear deck overlooking the pool.
