This home has a traditional floor plan with the main living areas on the first floor and the bedrooms all on the 2nd floor. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting in the 1st floor screened in deck area - or from the 2nd floor oceanfront deck with a spectacular view of the water. The first floor features a galley style kitchen, a bright and spacious living room/dining room area along with an additional game table for puzzles or card games. There is also a separate TV area in the back of the 1st floor and a full hall bath with a tub/shower combo.
