Beautiful hardwood floors throughout, cathedral ceiling in the living area, comfortable room sizes, ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen with a quality gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/ freezer all to assist in your enjoyment of the interior. All 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed north bedroom, 1 queen bed south bedroom and 1 double bed in the 3rd bedroom) share a hallway full bath with a tub shower. Central air conditioning for those hazy, lazy, crazy days of summer with 3 ceiling fans to help circulate those relaxing bay breezes when the time is right. A special large half circle window, ideally positioned high in the living area, captures the setting sun’s rays to enhance the beauty within. There is a powder room / laundry room with washer and dryer that has direct access to the outside enclosed outdoor shower plus direct access to the back sun deck so there is easy access to the bathroom from the bay and sundeck. As it happens in the warmer spring, summer and fall months indoor living moves outdoors and there is a lot of outdoor living space to be had attached to this adorable cottage on the bay with a spacious sun deck, gas grill, deck furniture, kayak and extended board walk to the bay. 2026 Rates: $1,825 - $5,895. Processing fee is $175 along with a $30 Property Protection Plan. Minimum stay 7 nights. Check-in Saturday at 2:00 PM and Check–out Saturday 10:00 AM. Rental Guests responsible for their own linens.
