Centrally air-conditioned, this home offers 6 bedrooms and 3 full and one half baths. First floor offers family room, kitchen area and separate living room. Bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Owner will supply linens and there are two washers and dryers to accommodate the large family. Enjoy the unique outdoor shower and take a trip up the turret staircase to enjoy the views from the third floor deck. Cloudy days are not problem as you can take a swim in the new 13 x 27 Pool. $250.00 Pet Fee required. Only One dog allowed. 20lb weight limit for dog. Pet waiver and pool addendum MUST be signed. Bedding, 2 queen beds, 2 doubles, bunk bed (twins), trundle bed (twins) Check in time 3:00pm
