Walk upstairs to find two additional bedrooms. The primary is situated to the immediate right, and features a king bed and ensuite full bathroom. Down the hall you will find the third bedroom, featuring a queen bed. Completing the home is the balcony with deck furniture. Located on the exterior is lots of space for enjoying the sunny summer days and a large concrete patio with a gas grill and picnic table for outdoor summer dining. The outside shower is a great addition and is ideal for rinsing off after the beach. The owner provides four beach tags - not guaranteed.
