Dave grew up in Avalon and has always considered it home. After graduating from The Hill School and Mount Saint Mary’s University, where he played four years of Division I lacrosse, he built a successful career in the staffing industry, sharpening his expertise in sales, leadership, and client service.

Dave joined the group in 2019 and quickly established himself as one of the area’s leading sales agents. His consistent production, strong negotiation skills, and client focused approach have made him a trusted advisor to buyers and sellers throughout Avalon and Stone Harbor. He has played an integral role in the team’s continued growth, earning a reputation for responsiveness, market knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail.
